Health Promotion & Wellness
National Nutrition Month takes place in March annually and is a way to express the importance and benefit of mindful, healthy eating and can be used as a way to bring communities together with the intention of fostering better health.
For my Health Promotion & Wellness project I highlighted healthy options in both patient and retail sectors of the hospital kitchen at Washington Hospital. To do this I created signs to display in the retail cafe and tray card to display on patient trays when a highlighted meal was served. I also made a poster to display our campaign.
