Quality Management & Productivity

I attended several committee meetings including dining committee, dementia in-service, daily stand-ups, and QAPI (Quality Assurance and Process Improvement). I also calculated productivity of the dietary department based on number of meals served and employees. In addition, I conducted a research study using data from my Meatless Monday program in the health promotion project, which I used to determine the success of the program.
