East Bay Post Acute center conducts a weekly inventory, which allows management to keep a perpetual inventory of food and sanitation products in the department. I did this weekly inventory while also placing weekly orders with Sysco, Berkeley Farms, and Eco-lab, which I then worked with staff to properly receive and store.
